Pacific Coast Brain Injury Conference Society

The Pacific Coast Brain Injury Conference Society (PCBICS) supports people living with brain injury and their loved ones, and professionals working in the field of brain injury. It provides educational information to increase awareness and prevention of brain injury, and resources for those living with and recovering from brain injuries.

The PCBICS has been organizing the Pacific Coast Brain Injury Conference (PCBIC) for over 20 years now, and has raised over a million dollars to support itself and attendance of brain injury survivors.

Brainstreams.ca, the project that Affinity Bridge has worked with the PCBICS to build, is an online education and social network for professionals and brain injury survivors; it launched at the 2010 Conference. It is the first website in British Columbia, and Canada to support this community.
