United Community Services Co-op

The United Community Services Co-op was founded in 1998, after realizing they could benefit from collaboratively investing in mutually needed products and services. They are a co-operative that is now collectively owned by over 120 non-profit and community organizations.

Working to provide business services such as consulting for their organizations, the UCS Co-op collaborates to find solutions to common challenges. They hold workshops and events for members, and work to strengthen the non-profit sector.

The UCS Co-op also provides support for a knowledge sharing space for Canadian Non-Profit Innovators, The Spark, which is built on the Open Atrium platform.
