Cherrie is a product designer/UX strategist with 8+ years crafting web, mobile, and service experiences, in fintech, civic tech and beyond. Having worked on startup and scaleup projects, her expertise includes inclusive design, AI-integrated experiences, embedded products, service design, design systems, and user research. She got her start building and launching digital tools helping new immigrants and refugees settle in Canada, and is passionate about the ways that design can transform complex problems into experiences that feel human.
