Sean Cranbury

Sean Cranbury is a community builder and organizational strategist who has spent their career helping mission-driven organizations navigate change with intention, humour, and collaborative style. As founder of a registered non-profit society that served the local literary community for fifteen years, they bring firsthand knowledge of what it takes to build and sustain grassroots institutions over the long term.

Certified by Harvard Medical School in AI transformation and leadership for healthcare and nonprofit organizations, Sean brings both technical fluency and organizational insight to their work at Affinity Bridge. Their hands-on experience building applied AI tools for organizations across British Columbia keeps that work grounded in practical outcomes.

They are a founding member of BC+AI, Canada's first grassroots AI industry association, and believe that the organizations who will thrive are those who build systems that put people first.
