Lisa’s role focuses on people, process and delivery encompassing people operations, senior account management, and the standardization of efficient workflows. (Pronouns: she/her/hers)



Lisa joined Affinity Bridge with over 20 years of cross-functional agency experience in operations, client services and project management. She has worked with clients across a diverse range of sectors, helping to build brands and engagement both offline and online. Lisa’s aptitude for seeing the big picture while maintaining detail-oriented execution is the strength that guided her years in project and account management, ultimately leading to operations roles.

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Simon Fraser University in 1996, followed by the Communications and Advertising Accredited Professional diploma from the Institute of Communication Agencies in 2002. Throughout her senior management roles, Lisa has had the opportunity to participate in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), StrengthsFinders 2.0 (Gallup), Emergenetics and various coaching programs that inform her empathetic and structured approach to operations and business management.
